  1. Shower daily and keep hair clean.
  2. Wear clean uniforms and attire daily.
  3. Use hats or hairnets to secure hair away from face and food.
  4. Keep nails trimmed, clean, and free from polish or artificial nails when working with food.

🧤 Use of Gloves

  1. Wash hands before putting on a new pair of gloves.
  2. Select the correct glove size to ensure a snug fit.
  3. Change gloves when switching tasks, especially between handling raw meats and ready-to-eat foods.
  4. Discard gloves immediately after use, and never reuse disposable gloves.
